Platform Basics

What is Silent Protocol?

Silent Protocol provides Discord bot and automation services through a web dashboard and subscription-based access. It is built for communities that need practical moderation, automation, utility, and management workflows without running their own infrastructure.

What is the Silent Protocol Discord bot?

The Silent Protocol Discord bot provides command flows, moderation utilities, music controls, automation, interactive features, and service integrations where enabled by your plan and server setup.

Do I need the dashboard to use the bot?

The dashboard is used for account access, subscription status, billing details, and supported configuration surfaces. Some bot actions may work directly in Discord, but paid access and account-level settings are managed through the website where available.

Subscriptions, Checkout, and Activation

How do subscriptions work?

Subscription plans unlock access to Silent Protocol services for the selected plan period. Available features, usage limits, and dashboard controls can vary by plan. Access can be paused or expire if a subscription is unpaid, cancelled, expired, or otherwise invalid.

How do payments and checkout work?

Checkout is handled through the website and a hosted payment provider flow. The website creates the payment request server-side, redirects you to the provider, and then waits for provider confirmation before updating your order and access status.

When will my access activate after payment?

Access usually activates after the payment provider confirms the transaction. This may not be instant if the payment is pending, the provider delays notification, or manual review is required. Contact support if your payment succeeded but access is still missing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

For active subscriptions, cancellation affects future access according to the plan terms. If recurring billing is available on your plan, cancellation stops future billing where supported, but it does not automatically refund past payments.

Discord Server Setup

What permissions does the bot need?

Required permissions depend on the features you enable. Moderation, role management, messages, embeds, music, and channel features may require specific Discord permissions. The bot role must also be positioned high enough to manage the intended roles or members.

Why is a feature not working in my server?

Common causes include missing bot permissions, incorrect role hierarchy, disabled intents or integrations, server-side configuration issues, Discord API interruptions, or a feature not being included in the active plan.

Service Availability and Status

What do the SilentCore A-E statuses mean?

SilentCore A-E represents public service process indicators used by Silent Protocol to show the operational state of core systems. If one of these processes is marked as degraded, under maintenance, or unavailable on the Status page, some bot, dashboard, automation, or subscription-related features may be temporarily affected.

Where can I check service availability?

You can check the Status page for current service availability, including SilentCore A-E process indicators. Temporary issues may be caused by maintenance, Discord API interruptions, hosting issues, payment gateway delays, or other third-party service disruptions.

Does Silent Protocol guarantee 100% uptime?

No. We aim for reliable service, but downtime or degraded performance can happen because of maintenance, hosting issues, Discord API incidents, payment provider interruptions, network failures, or third-party service limits.

Security, Data, and Accounts

What data does Silent Protocol handle?

Silent Protocol handles the data needed to operate accounts, subscriptions, bot configuration, Discord integrations, security controls, and service reliability. This can include account email, Discord identifiers, guild references, operational logs, and payment references.

Are payment secrets stored in the browser?

No. Payment provider credentials and sensitive server configuration must stay server-side. The browser only receives the safe information needed to continue checkout, such as a hosted payment URL or a public order status response.

What are users responsible for?

Users are responsible for accurate account, Discord server, and payment information. Server owners must ensure they have permission to add and configure bots, assign roles, and use automation in their communities.

Support and Troubleshooting

What should I do if payment succeeds but access is missing?

Check your dashboard billing status first. If access is still missing after payment confirmation, contact support with your account email, Discord user ID, server ID if relevant, payment reference or invoice ID, and payment date.

How do I request help?

Email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. Include screenshots only when useful, and never send passwords, private tokens, or secret keys.

Where can I read the refund rules?

Refund reviews are handled under the Refund Policy. Digital subscription access is generally final once delivered or used, but duplicate payments and confirmed delivery failures may be reviewed case-by-case.

Still need help?

Contact support with your account email, Discord user ID, server ID if relevant, payment reference or invoice ID, and a clear explanation of the issue.
